The stay at Auto Lodge provided a comfortable and modern room, featuring a large and cozy queen bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was immaculately clean, sporting a spacious shower area that was a welcome relief. Off-street parking was ample, and the friendly service contributed to an overall positive experience. ,

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a shopping area, adjacent to Hamilton for a wedding at the church almost next door and the reception at Ohaupo, local shops and activities and the city centre restaurants and supermarkets. The local staff were extremely helpful. My executive king studio was newly decorated, had a very clean bed.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Fairly clean, cheap hotel with pleasant and super location to a big supermarket. Had lovely and excellent room for an awesome stay for four nights there. Compact separate bathroom. Location not far from a restaurant, & the A1 as well as local shops and activities❤
Relaxed staff!

We paid on arrival which meant we did not have to find the receptionist when we left. The room was very adequate for our needs. The tv was excellent.
The double bed used single blankets The receptionist did not tell me our room was up stairs, but left me to find it myself (it was dark) - I had to go back and ask her where our room was. The microwave was excellent but no cooking bowl was provided for me to cook our porridge.

Conveniently located close to the city, the room was clean and had a comfy bed. I loved the fresh milk provided and the little touches like Cookietime cookies. Though the bathroom needed some attention, the friendly staff and overall vibe made for an enjoyable stay.

Didn't like the fact that it was really noisy in the morning but that's something you can't really control being the owner

The pleasant, courteous and helpful Manager; the high level of cleanliness
Nowhere to hang your clothes, a few hooks even would be nice. The frosted glass in the door was a worry when a man stood outside and pressed his nose against the glass to try to see in. Very scary; perhaps a blind over the glass which can be drawn over for added privacy.
